FAQ ?

 

1. When there is no picture presented, please:

    -- Check if the HDMI cables are high speed supported. (For resolution up to 1080p high speed HDMI

        cables are required.)

    -- Check all the connection is correct and all connectors are connected well.

    -- Check the quality of connected HDMI cable, and make sure the cable does not damage.

2. When use the remote controller of TV for Smartphone control, it is not function?

    -- The Smartphone may not support MHL RCP function.

    -- Some APPs may not support MHL RCP function well. You may provide feedback to the APP provider.

3. When there is only picture displayed and without sound:

    -- Check the volume of the phone; make sure the volume setting is right.

    -- Check all the connection is correct and all connectors connect well.

    -- Check your cable to see if it is damaged.

 

 

 

 

1. MHL connector is same as Micro USB connector. But not all Smartphone can support MHL output.

    Please make sure the Smartphone that you try to use with MH-2500 can support MHL output.

2. Some MHL Smartphone may not support MHL RCP function or only have limit support on MHL RCP

    function. When you try to use the remote controller of TV to control the Smartphone, the remote control

    function may not function well.

3. Some APPs may not support MHL RCP function or only have limit support on MHL RCP function. When

    you try to use the remote controller of TV to control the Smartphone, the remote control function may

    not function well.

4. If the connected USB port on HDTV can not supply enough power, please connect to the USB port that

    is for hard drive connection OR use the Smartphone's power adaptor for powering and charging to

    Smartphone.
